Marmalade Bread and Butter Pudding with Cointreau- soaked Sultanas

This is my version of a popular favourite. I pinched the idea from a pudding I ate in a restaurant a few years ago. Seville Marmalade sandwiches are soaked in a rich crème anglaise, which contains the

leftover Cointreau from the sultanas! - and then baked until golden- delicious warm or room temperature.
